The Naples Continental Club

Project Overview Since June 2023, Real Property Consulting has spearheaded extensive restoration and infrastructure modernization at the Naples Continental Club
Key Accomplishments & Upgrades:
Infrastructure & Safety: Installed a new structural slab, a complete electrical system, and an emergency generator
Life Safety Systems: Integrated a new fire alarm system and a relocated fire pump to the second floor.
Elevator Restoration: Successfully restored and upgraded all four building elevators.
Site Improvements: Completed new site drainage on Gulf Shore Blvd N (GSBN)
Interior Reconstruction: Rebuilt first-floor residential units, common areas, and the lobby to “white box” status
Building Envelope: Installed new windows, sliding doors, and air conditioning units throughout the first-floor common areas

251-Unit Ground-Up Residential Construction | Ft. Myers, Florida
Project Overview Real Property Consulting served as Owner Representative for the ground-up construction of 251 residential units in Ft. Myers, Florida. RPC managed all phases of the development, from framing and drywall through finishes and third-party inspections, ensuring delivery on schedule and to the owner’s specifications.
