RPC has almost three decades of real estate operations and construction experience. We facilitate land acquisitions, new construction and capital improvements for residential, commercial and industrial properties. We work closely with property owners to assess their existing conditions and potential for future site development or improvements. RPC handles all facets of the development process including arranging for entitlements, property surveys, site plans, design approvals, as well as pre-construction logistics.
RPC oversees the due diligence phase, engagement of consultants, organizes architectural and engineering drawings, files applications, reviews construction bids and proposals, supervises all phases of construction and executes closeout procedures. We can perform ground up development, core and shell structures or full gut renovations.
RPC maintains close relationships with our clients and the community in order to deliver quality projects reflecting an owner’s needs and vision.
